01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this
post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled
Tribes and Other Backward Communities.

Qualifications : Degree.
Desirable: Degree in Law
Note (a): Degree means a Bachelors Degree in any subject from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by Government of India or Institutes established by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent
Note (b): In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualification is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced before the Commission as and when called for.

പ്രായപരിധി: 18-36. 02.01.1989-നും 01.01.2007-നും (ഈ രണ്ട് തീയതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഇടയിൽ ജനിച്ചവർക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. പട്ടികജാതി, പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ, മറ്റ് പിന്നാക്ക വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് സാധാരണയുള്ള വയസ്സിളവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അറിയിപ്പ് (എ): ബിരുദം എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് അർത്ഥമാക്കുന്നത് യു.ജി.സി അംഗീകൃത സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്നോ, ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റ് സ്ഥാപിച്ച ദേശീയ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ നിന്നോ, കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപിച്ച ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ നിന്നോ ഏതെങ്കിലും വിഷയത്തിലുള്ള ബാച്ചിലേഴ്സ് ബിരുദം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യമായ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ബിരുദം ആണ്.
അറിയിപ്പ് (ബി): വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതകൾക്ക് പുറമെ, സ്പെഷ്യൽ റൂൾസിൽ ഒരു തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതയ്ക്ക് തുല്യമായി സർക്കാർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഉത്തരവുകളോ സ്റ്റാൻഡിംഗ് ഓർഡറുകളോ വഴി അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട യോഗ്യതകളും, തുല്യ യോഗ്യതകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച നിയമങ്ങളിൽ കമ്മീഷൻ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതകളും, തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതയെക്കാൾ ഉയർന്നതും എന്നാൽ അതിനോട് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടതുമായ യോഗ്യതകളും ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്. തുല്യമായ / ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യതകൾ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
